Vancouver RMT Coverage

Most of our services/treatments are covered by Extended Health Benefits. The coverage differs from individuals to individuals depend on the insurance carrier and policy. We also accept ICBC claims.

Core Recovery Package

30 min Pilates

This session is designed for people who feel stiff, have weak core stability, or spend long hours sitting at work. The Pilates session focuses on improving posture, alignment, and core strength while restoring balance in the body.

 

Following the movement session, soft tissue massage therapy helps release muscle tension and promote recovery after exercise.
