Booking
For groups of four or more, an 18% gratuity will be added. If you are interested in booking a more leisurely appointment for any size group, or if your group is five or more, please email us at HELLO@theknead.com to book. Please note our separate group booking cancellation policy, which requires 48 hours notice in order to avoid the late cancellation charge.
We require a valid credit card on file for all Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) bookings. This helps us secure your appointment and reduce last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy, and all information is stored securely through our booking system
Sick Policy
In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with visible symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and charge 50% of your original service to reschedule.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a future date, we ask that you contact us 24 Hours before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account or by emailing us at HELLO@theknead.com If you don't cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50% of your appointment. All same day bookings are subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment.
No - Shows
At Knead we adhere to a strict no-show policy. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.
Chair Safety Notice
At Knead Massage Studio, your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
Our foot massage chairs are built with a manufacturer weight capacity of 300 lbs to ensure proper stability and prevent any risk of tipping or equipment strain.
If the chair is not the safest option for your visit, we will happily move your service to a massage bed, if available.
